This endowment will remain invested with the Montana Community Foundation, and a portion of the annual income provides a reliable, permanent source of funding for our annual grant program.
With ongoing support from the Women’s Foundation, Career Transitions, Inc., in Belgrade, Montana has provided computer technology training to more than 50 women re-entering the workforce. Our grants to Career Transitions are making it possible for women in Gallatin and Park counties to find jobs with better pay and better benefits than typical entry level positions offered to unskilled workers. These jobs offer tremendous opportunities for women to improve their lives and their futures – that’s your donation to the Women’s Foundation at work.
